Today's message was delivered by Pastor Dale, who spoke about repentance. The English word repentance is a translation of the Greek word metanoia (Wikipedia link).

Mark 1:14 (NIV):

¹⁴After John was put in prison, Jesus went into Galilee, proclaiming the good news of God. ¹⁵“The time has come,” he said. “The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news!”

The Christmas Story is a charming Nativity play acted out by a lovely cast of children. If English is not your first language, be prepared for a few unclear words (New Zealand accent: similar to, but different from Australian English). Even your webmaster, a native speaker, had a little trouble understanding some words, but this play is still a pleasure to watch!
